Text us the yard
A photo and a rough length gets you a price range the same day. No visit needed for that part.
The fence most of North Texas asks for: six-foot cedar pickets, three rails, steel posts set in concrete and a cap rail if you want the finished look. Board-on-board where you never want a gap, eight-foot where the lot backs onto a road or a two-story neighbor.
We build on site rather than hanging prefab panels, so the fence follows your grade instead of stepping down in awkward blocks. Every picket is screwed, not nailed, and the whole thing is ready for stain about six weeks after we leave.

Forty minutes on site. We check the survey, call in utility locates, look at grade and access, and hand you a written price per foot.
Posts one day, pickets and gates the next on most yards. Old fence hauled away, site swept.
You walk the fence with the crew lead. Anything not right gets fixed before the balance is due.
It depends on the type, the length, the gates and whether the old fence has to come out. We give you a price per foot in writing after we walk the line, usually the same day. Text a photo and a rough length and we can give you a range before anyone visits.
Most cities in the Metroplex want a permit for a new fence, and most HOAs want to approve the style and height. We fill out the HOA form for you and pull the permit where one is needed. Dallas, Plano, Frisco and McKinney all differ, and we know them.
A typical backyard is one to two days once the materials are on site. Iron and long rail fences take longer. We tell you the schedule when we hand you the price.
Yes, but not right away. New cedar needs about six weeks to dry before stain will soak in. We come back and stain it, or you can, and either way it roughly doubles the life of the pickets.
We tear it out and haul it away. That is included in every replacement, along with the concrete from the old posts.
Every fence gets steel-framed gates so they never sag, with hardware you can work with a glove on. Double drive gates and automatic openers are available on cedar and iron.
Call or text for a same-day range, or send the form with a photo of the yard and we come back with a number and the next open estimate slot.
