A written price before we dig
Price per foot by line item, handed to you at the end of the walk-through. It changes only if you change the fence.
Cedar Ridge Fence Co. has been building fences in Dallas since 2011, and Marcus Delgado still walks every estimate. We build fences for homeowners, HOAs and small acreage across Dallas–Fort Worth: wood privacy, iron and ornamental, chain link, and the gates that go with them.
Every fence starts with a walk along the line and a written price per foot. Posts go three feet into the ground on steel, because North Texas clay does not forgive shallow ones. When the last gate is hung, you walk the fence with the crew lead before the balance is due.

Galvanized steel set in wet-mixed concrete and clad in cedar. It is why the fence is still straight after the tenth summer.
We fill in the HOA application and pull the city permit where one is needed. Every city in the Metroplex is a little different, and we know them.
Tear-out, haul-away and the concrete from the old posts are included on every replacement. We leave with the yard cleaner than we found it.
A photo and a rough length gets you a price range the same day. No visit needed for that part.
Forty minutes on site. We check the survey, call in utility locates, look at grade and access, and hand you a written price per foot.
Posts one day, pickets and gates the next on most yards. Old fence hauled away, site swept.
You walk the fence with the crew lead. Anything not right gets fixed before the balance is due.
Call or text for a same-day range, or send the form with a photo of the yard and we come back with a number and the next open estimate slot.
