What we build

Design and build under one contract

Designed outdoor room with stone paving, a pergola and layered planting

01

Landscape design

We survey the property, test where water goes and draw a plan you can build in stages. You get a site plan, planting schedule and material board.

  • Measured site survey
  • Grading and drainage strategy
  • Planting schedule with mature sizes
  • Material board and cost bands

02

Patios & hardscaping

Base depth, compaction and edge restraint decide whether a patio is flat in five years. We specify the base first and choose the surface second.

  • 6–8 in. compacted base
  • Permeable and dry-laid options
  • Steps, seat walls and fire features
  • Control-joint plan for poured work

03

Retaining walls

Anything over four feet gets engineered drawings and a drainage core. We build benches that let you use a slope instead of looking at it.

  • Engineered above 4 ft
  • Drainage core and filter fabric
  • Dry-stack basalt and block
  • Terracing and cut benches

Why this crew

Four things decide whether it lasts here

Valley soil moves and the foothills drain fast. Base depth, water and plant choice are where the budget belongs — the rest is finish.

About the company
01

Grade and drainage surveyed before quoting

Every quote starts with levels and a look at where water goes. It is the only way the number holds once we dig.

02

Base depth is not where we save money

Six to eight inches of compacted base and edge restraint on every run. Sand over dirt is why patios move here.

03

Plant lists written for valley water rules

Palettes that survive an August at 100° and irrigation zoned so beds and lawn are not on one schedule.

04

One crew, one lead, start to finish

The person who drew the plan remains accountable while it is built.
