What we build
01
We survey the property, test where water goes and draw a plan you can build in stages. You get a site plan, planting schedule and material board.
02
Base depth, compaction and edge restraint decide whether a patio is flat in five years. We specify the base first and choose the surface second.
03
Anything over four feet gets engineered drawings and a drainage core. We build benches that let you use a slope instead of looking at it.

Why this crew
Valley soil moves and the foothills drain fast. Base depth, water and plant choice are where the budget belongs — the rest is finish.
About the companyEvery quote starts with levels and a look at where water goes. It is the only way the number holds once we dig.
Six to eight inches of compacted base and edge restraint on every run. Sand over dirt is why patios move here.
Palettes that survive an August at 100° and irrigation zoned so beds and lawn are not on one schedule.
The person who drew the plan remains accountable while it is built.
Send the project and photos. We reply within two business days.
Levels, soil, access and water — usually 45 minutes at the property.
Site plan, material board and a fixed price by line item.
Scheduled window, one lead on site and clear progress notes.
Walk-through, care schedule and a first-season check-in.
Service area
Outside the list? Call — we take work further out between builds.
Ranges depend on access, base depth and material. We give a range after the first conversation and a fixed price once the plan and material are settled.
Spring and early-summer build slots fill first. Design work can run through winter.
We sequence access, stage material off-site where the driveway is tight and keep one clear route through the property while we work.
Locates are booked before excavation. Where work needs a permit or engineering stamp, that cost is shown on its own line.
Yes. The site plan can separate hardscape, planting and lighting into sensible stages.
