What we do, and what it costs
Prices are for a typical 2,000-square-foot single-storey home in Tarrant County. Yours will differ; the inspection gives you the exact number in writing before you decide anything.
Roof replacement
Full tear-off, new decking where it’s soft, ice-and-water at every valley, and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles rated for Texas hail. Fifty-year material warranty, ten years on our labor.
Roof repair
Leaks, missing shingles, cracked pipe boots, flashing that’s pulled away from the chimney. Most repairs are found and fixed in the first visit.
Storm and hail damage
Inspection, chalk-and-photo documentation, and we meet the adjuster on the roof. If the damage doesn’t justify a claim, we say so.
Gutters
Seamless 6-inch aluminum, hangers every two feet, downspouts moved so water leaves your slab instead of pooling at the foundation. Guards optional.

Hail and wind claims are most of our work. We document the damage the way insurers want it, then stand on the roof with the adjuster so nothing gets missed.

If it hailed, here's how the claim actually goes
Call us before you call your insurer. We inspect, chalk every hit, and photograph it from the roof and the drone. If there isn't enough damage for a claim we tell you, because a denied claim sits on your record for years.
If there is, you file, and we meet the adjuster on the roof with our photos. Nine times out of ten the scope matches ours. You pay your deductible and nothing else; Texas law says we can't waive it and anyone who offers to is breaking it.
Roof goes on within two weeks of approval, usually in one day. We handle the supplement if the adjuster missed the gutters or the decking.

- How long does a replacement take?
- One day for most homes. The crew arrives at 7, the old roof is in the dumpster by 10, and we're sweeping the driveway for nails with a magnet by 5.
- Do I really pay just the deductible?
- Yes. Texas law prohibits waiving it, and anyone offering to is committing insurance fraud in your name. Our price to the insurer is the price of the roof.
- What shingle do you recommend?
- GAF Timberline HDZ for most homes. It's Class 4 impact-rated, which knocks 15 to 30 percent off most Texas homeowners' premiums. Ask your agent.
- Will you look at my roof if I'm not sure anything is wrong?
- Yes, and it's free. About a third of the time we find nothing. Photos from the roof either way, for your records.
- Do you offer financing?
- Through Service Finance at 0% for 18 months on replacements over $10,000. Approval takes about ten minutes on your phone.
- Who actually shows up?
