Fees and insurance
These are our actual fees without insurance. With insurance, we check your coverage before the appointment and tell you the out-of-pocket number at the front desk, not in the mail.
In network with Delta Dental, HealthPartners, Blue Cross MN, MetLife and Cigna. Medical Assistance accepted for children.

Tuesday, Thursday 9:00–6:00
One Saturday a month, 8:00–1:00
